Our team values the underserved, marginalized black and brown communities. All of our community events focus on the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet. If optimal health is what your seeking, changing your eating pattern is a must. A whole foods diet is the foundation of good health. Our guest speakers will increase your knowledge about food literacy and how the food we eat and/or don't eat affects our climate, the planet and healthcare cost. You will leave our events mentally empowered and physically full. Help us to change lives!
